Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), encompassing approximately 280 million
consumers. Furthermore, direct entry into the markets of the Common Economic Space (CES)
countries, totaling 182 million consumers, offers advantageous prospects.
Additionally, favorable investment environments are in
place, featuring preferential tax regimes, including tax exemptions and reduced rates,
within free economic zones, high-tech parks, industrial parks, as well as small and
medium towns. Belarus also ranks favorably in terms of business facilitation, as
evidenced by its high ranking in the World Bank's Doing Business report of 2014.
The country boasts a well-developed transport and
logistics infrastructure, serving as a pivotal link between CIS nations and the EU. With
substantial annual cargo transit, primarily between Russia and the EU, Belarus stands as
a crucial conduit, supported by extensive rail, road, and pipeline networks.
Moreover, Belarus presents unique privatization
opportunities, with significant state-owned enterprises open for strategic investment.
Notably, recent successful privatization endeavors include the sale of governmental
shares in key enterprises, facilitated by modern privatization approaches in alignment

The workforce in Belarus is characterized by high
levels of education and skill, with 90% of the population possessing at least a
